Pawar says counties can field ICL players

Sharad Pawar said the BCCI will not interfere in the participation of any team in the proposed Champions League Twenty20 tournament. Indian Premier League chairman Lalit Modi had ruled out the possibility of any team that includes cricketers associated with the ICL.
