UAE won't host Champions League

The Abu Dhabi Cricket Council has ruled itself out of hosting the proposed ICC Champions League Twenty20 tournament. Dilawar Mani, the president of the Abu Dhabi Cricket Council, said the UAE would not be able to host the event this year as at least two venues are required.

Champions League Twenty20 is an international tournament featuring the best teams of the domestic Twenty20 tournaments of various nations. The Third edition of the Champions League Twenty20 tournament is scheduled to be played in India from 23 September 2011 to 9 Oct 2011.
