Bhuvneshwar Kumar to replace Ryder in Bangalore squad

The Airtel Champions League Twenty20 Technical Committee has today confirmed a change to the Royal Challengers Bangalore squad for the tournament from 8-23 October. New Zealand opening batsman Jesse Ryder has been replaced by Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the 15-man Royal Challengers squad after sustaining a groin injury playing for the Kiwis in the ICC Champions Trophy.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is an 18-year-old right-arm medium-pacer and lower order batsman who made his first-class debut in December 2007.
